Matchbox London is digital agency from London which provide full online services starting from online marketing, through design, towards full end to end development for both custom portals and landing pages.
Matchbox decided to switch from Asana to Atlassian products as it was natural step in this company operational improvement – the more projects were onboarded and more people in the team, the less feasible was to manage it all within task which was more to-do list type. Agency decided to implement dedicated workflows and establish very clear permissions scheme since there were many outsourced suppliers involved and no need for them to access all of the projects but only those they were working on.
Additionally confluence reports were introduced in order to automate some of the client related work mostly around weekly projects progress reports, team reports.
Agency decided to introduce time tracking features and went for Tempo plug in recommended by Silverlining.
